Support works Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, except U.S. public holidays. Messages that arrive overnight or on weekends are answered the next business day, in the order received. Our service standard is a reply inside 24–48 business hours, and most go out much sooner.

Include these and one message usually settles the matter:
