meatstoked — the online store of SMOKEHOUSE MEAT MARKET, LLC, at www.meatstoked.shop — delivers to the United States, the United Kingdom, and a range of international destinations. Here is the honest timeline from your click to your doorstep, plus what happens when a delivery takes a wrong turn.
How Fast Orders Leave Us
Packing happens Monday through Friday: your order is pulled, checked, boxed, and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation (U.S. public holidays excepted, since carriers do not collect). A dispatch email tells you the moment it is gone. Sale events can stretch the packing bench a day or two; if that happens to your order, you hear it from us first, not from silence.
How Long the Road Takes
From the carrier's first scan, plan on:
- United States — 20 to 35 days
- United Kingdom — 20 to 40 days
- Everywhere else we deliver — 25 to 45 days
Line-haul distances, export handling, and customs queues each take a share of that time, which is why a single figure cannot be promised. If your parcel is more than 7 days past the span for your region, stop waiting and start writing — see "When a Delivery Goes Wrong" below.
Free Shipping and Other Charges
Orders over $30.00 USD ship free. No code, no club, no conditions hidden in a footnote — the discount applies itself at checkout. Under $30.00, one standard delivery charge applies, itemized plainly on the checkout page before you pay. We do not add fuel surcharges, residential fees, or delivery-area penalties afterwards.
Customs: Handled Before You Ever Ask
Parcels crossing borders can pick up duties, import taxes, and broker's fees — costs some shops leave on the customer's doorstep. Not this one. SMOKEHOUSE MEAT MARKET, LLC prepays every border charge in every country we ship to. Whatever the checkout total was, that is what the delivery costs you. Nothing more will ever be asked of you at the door.
Your Tracking Number
Every dispatched parcel gets a carrier tracking number, and yours is available for the asking: email with your order number, and the tracking number arrives in your inbox within 24–48 hours on business days. Punch it into the carrier's tracking page and follow the parcel town by town.
When a Delivery Goes Wrong
Vanishing acts. Tracking stuck for an unusually long stretch, or the regional window blown by a week? Email us. We file the carrier inquiry immediately, follow it to a conclusion, and if the parcel cannot be found you pick the ending: a free reshipment of your order, or all your money back. A courier's lost package is our problem to absorb.
Crushed corners. Photograph the damaged goods and the outside of the box and email them to within 7 days of delivery. A replacement goes out at our cost — and for flammable or pressurized items, we send safe-disposal instructions instead of a return label.
Addresses, Changes, and Cancellations
The address on the checkout page is the address the carrier gets, so read it twice before paying. Spotted a mistake, or changed your mind? Email us within 12 hours of ordering: while the box is still in our building we will fix the address or cancel outright with a full refund. Once the carrier holds it, the 30-day return process takes over.
More Than One Box
Big orders and mixed stock sometimes travel as several parcels, so nothing waits on the slowest item. Each parcel carries its own tracking number — ask for all of them in one email — and they normally land within a few days of each other.
